Multiple Years of Development and Testing

Designed from the‑ground-up for use with the Seam Phantom® 2.0.  This guide provides next-level accuracy when producing the superior seams in stone slabs that we are known for.  Extruded in North America and assembled in-house at NSI Solutions; we inspect every guide for straightness prior to packaging.  Available in 46" and 92" lengths - the 46" version is included with every Seam Phantom® 2.0.

 

Double-Sided Revelation

The double-sided design (symmetrical about the center line) is a unique guide rail feature.  The symmetrical design allows the user to compensate for minute variations in straightness, or to compensate for a guide that has been bowed by extended use, by using opposite sides of the guide to produce opposite halves of the seam.  With this technique, near-perfect mating seam halves can be created.  When assembled correctly, you can produce a nearly invisible seam.  We have been using and testing this method in our own shop for several years with excellent results.

Ultra Guide™ Unique Features

  • Unique upper dovetail fence offers a more secure engagement for the angled wheels of the Seam Phantom® 2.0 LT and creates a secure clamping location for the wheels of the Seam Phantom® 2.0 DLX
  • Wider, heavy duty extrusion resists flexing better than previous guide
  • UHMW wear strips on the upper surface reduce wear on the Seam Phantom® rub plate
  • Friction strips on the bottom surface create a secure and stable base
  • Multiple clamping options, including center J-Clamps and edge mounted vacuum pods (coming soon), produce an extremely stable, rigidly supported guide
