Introducing The New Seam Phantom® 2.0
"The Next Generation of Perfect Seams"
Based on our original Seam Phantom patent, the NEW Seam Phantom® 2.0 is an updated system for producing superior seams in all types of stone and quartz. The system utilizes a diamond cup wheel followed by up to three diamond abrasives to eliminate chips and produce clean sharp edges. The proven design in combination with the NEW Ultra Guide™ double-sided straight edge (click here for more info), guarantees near-perfect mating of the seam halves. When assembled correctly, you can produce a nearly invisible seam.

Two Styles Available
Seam Phantom® 2.0 is all about options:
The LT Version (Lite version) functions very similar to the original Seam Phantom®. The unit is supported manually, while utilizing the precision of the Seam Phantom® 2.0 plus the Ultra Guide to produce a straight, square, chip-free edge. The new, angled wheels help support the tool during use. UHMW strips on the Ultra Guide surface allow the Seam Phantom® to slide easily. The adjustment screw combined with a new anti-rattle adjustment nut provides precise depth control. The rigid design, manufactured from quality materials and combined with U.S. machining and assembly, guarantees predictable, excellent results.
The DLX Version (Deluxe version) builds on the LT version by adding a clamping mechanism to keep the unit attached to the Ultra Guide without additional support. This simplifies operation and makes achieving a perfect edge easier than ever before. This is the version we use in our shop everyday.

Six Power Supply Options
Besides the LT (Lite) and DLX (Deluxe) versions, there are modular mounting kits available for six different power supply options. When purchasing your Seam Phantom® 2.0, select one of the mounting kits below:

The kits will also be available separately so you can switch power supplies in the future.
