Fits #121 air polisher adapter (red orientation dot on top) on a Seam Phantom (air version).  Previous air adapters (white orientation dot on top) used a smaller set screw. Call for availability of the smaller screw.

Sold as a kit with (1) #5 P-Clip and (1) #6 screw

Used to attach the rub plate water supply tube to the Original Electric Seam Phantom body.
